Tidals Staves - non-inscriptable? - Guild Wars Forums

From what I've seen and from what Wiki tells me, Tidal Staves only drop inscriptable, yet I have sitting before me a non-inscriptable Tidal Staff. I don't remember where it was dropped, but I was wondering if it is possible for a Tidal Staff to drop non-inscriptable. If this staff is a fluke, how would it affect price? Thanks!

It doesn't have an inherent mod where the inscription is suppose to be does it? Because it is possible for weapons to drop without an inscription slot at all, albeit rare.

Hehehe, ok I got it sorted out. I didn't see the adept staff head on it at first so when I saw it was 20/20 and non-incriptable I was thinking that it was unique. Quess not (its just missing the inscription slot). Thanks for the help and quick responses!
